Call for Papers

The requirement of operating a sensorless drive particularly at very low and very high speeds constitutes a persistent challenge. A control method that can stabilize the drive in the regeneration as well as in motoring region, particularly near zero frequency, is still needed. Maximum torque production should be considered in the field weakening region. Hence, the goal of this session is to discuss state of the art research in the field of sensorless electrical drives. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
– Topic 1 Sensorless control of induction motor
– Topic 2 Sensorless control of double fed induction generator
– Topic 3 Sensorless control of PMSM and BLDC
– Topic 4 Sensorless control of multiphase machines (more than three-phase)
– Topic 5 Observers design
– Topic 6 Stability analysis at low frequencies

Submission procedure: The same as for regular papers.
